| The Bipartisan Policy Center LTC Initiative |

In April of 2104, The Bipartisan Policy Center (BPC) established a Long Term Care Initiative in led by former Senate
Majority Leaders Tom Daschle and Bill Frist. This session will report on the objectives and status of this effort and to
date, and will provide an opportunity for audience reaction to and discussion about several of the policy directions
under consideration. Collaborative with Legal, Compliance & Regulatory track.
