This session will focus on the variety of industry tools utilized for initial and ongoing benefit eligibility, advantages
and disadvantages of each and the possible impact that different stages in the claims process may have on the type
of tool utilized. Conference attendees will be surveyed regarding the tools they currently utilize and survey results
will be shared with the audience.
