Case studies of several real dental malpractice cases will be presented to the audience. Attendees will then be asked to act as a jury, reaching a verdict on the case, and a dollar amount on a judgment. The attendees will then be given the real life verdicts and awards. The impact of risk management principles used, or not used, in the cases will be discussed. This will give the attendees valuable tools to use in their own practices.
