Basic fire safety information needs to be conveyed in a manner that gives everyone the opportunity to fully benefit from the session. Learn how to make your presentations, talks, meetings, and training accessible to people who are blind or have low vision.

Marsh Mazz, a charter member of the NFPA Disability Access Review and Advisory Committee, has been a key catalyst of the intensive work over the last two decades to coordinate and harmonize federal criteria for accessibility, resulting in a largely harmonized group of rules among the ADA-ABA; federal fair housing guidelines; the International Building Code; NFPA 5000, Building Construction and Safety Code; and ICC/ANSI A117.1, Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities.

Linda Woodbury has served as a Career Development Specialist/Trainer and as Coordinator of Consumer Affairs for a Texas rehabilitation agency. She coordinated with rehabilitation engineers countrywide and increased the quality and quantity of jobs performed by injured workers and persons with disabilities. Linda was a consultant to Fortune 500 companies to improve the morale and productivity for all workers. She is a nationally recognized keynote speaker throughout the U. S. and Canada for companies such as Coca Cola, IBM, 3M, Unum/Providence Insurance, the American Bar Association, and the Industry Labor Counsel. She has spoken for seven years at the Risk Management Magazine LRP Disability and Workers Comp Conference
