Interim Life Safety Measures (ILSM), a requirement of The Joint Commission, can be used in more than just hospitals. It is the premier way to address NFPA 101® (Life Safety Code®) deficiencies and construction projects, which present enormous risk to the life safety of any building’s occupants. This session presents means and methods for implementing or improving an ILSM program in your facility and will offer the opportunity to collaborate on applying these principles in the real world.
