Of all things that can occur during a persons life, loss of the natural teeth can be one of the worst. Keeping patients from going into full dentures should be one of the goals of the removable prosthetic practice. If the teeth are lost then it must be understood that if implants are planned it is the restorative dentist's responsibility to plan exact position for the implants with pre-surgical prosthodontics whether the dentist places them or refers for the surgery. Three dimensional CAT scan planning will be demonstrated. The digital world of dentistry is here and it is a hugh task to keep up with these develops and it is not easy. Many subjects from precision partial denture onto one tooth, keeping roots to preserve bone and procelain crown and bridge applied to partial denture frames will be covered.
