Few medical errors are attributed to faulty medical judgment; the majority are attributed to system failures inherent in health care delivery. By analyzing our professional liability closed-claim data, we have identified the most prevalent errors that will serve as the focal point of this risk management course. This course satisfies the Florida Board of Dentistry rule.
