Since joining Kaeser in 1997, Michael has educated both Kaeser’s distribution network and customers on reliable and energy efficient compressed air system design. Michael is an authority on compressed air applications for collision repair and other automotive service applications. For many years, Michael has worked to improve collision repair practices, and has conducted market research to determine what works best in today’s collision shop. He has authored several nationally published articles as well as presented technical seminars on compressed air systems at NACE and I-CAR. He is KFaCT Master Certified, and has completed Level II training in the US Department of Energy's Compressed Air Challenge program. Prior to joining Kaeser, Michael served as an officer in the US Marine Corps. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Chicago and his MBA from the University of Mary Washington. Michael has been in a number of sales, marketing and training roles since joining Kaeser Compressors, and is currently Kaeser’s Marketing Services Manager.

Rob Williams is a National Accounts Manager with Kaeser Compressors, Inc. With over 25 years of experience in compressed air system design, he has an exceptional ability to relate each individual customer’s need to the required system. Rob has helped design thousands of customized systems in the US, Canada and the Caribbean. A graduate of Ohio University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, he underwent rigorous training from A.S.P.E in hydraulics and pneumatics as well as with an extensive OEM product training in all types of compressors and clean air treatment equipment. An experienced trainer, Rob has also completed the US Department of Energy's Compressed Air Challenge Level II training.
