Description:

Is it all about finding people?  Or, is it about finding the right people?  Is it about the people you want or need?  Or, is it about the people you already have and who and what will work for or with them?

Richard believes you hire based on the people you have, not the position you want to fill.  That makes the idea of “retention” the guiding force in recruiting the kind of people you need to strengthen your company and increase efficiency and productivity.

Learn how to recognize the difference between a healthy and an unhealthy work environment and how to spot a potential employee who will ruin your business.  Understand how to create a partnership with your people and why that is so critical.  Leave this session with the secrets to recruiting emotionally healthy people.

Building a GREAT company is about keeping the quality people you already have, hiring new people who can make your organization better and leadership that is not afraid to terminate those who don’t fit the mission of the company.  Retaining and Recruiting Quality People will help you enhance the quality of your company, increase its value to your customers and design an environment where finding the right people is no longer a challenge
