Connecting with students in Generation Y requires multiple channels of interaction and engagement to reach desired learning outcomes and to support them in their growth as entrepreneurs. Students in today's economic climate have diverse commitments; identifying pathways to advance their entrepreneurial interests requires knowledge of technology and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing methods of communication. Engaging students as educators at the high school, community college and graduate level creates a channel for ongoing feedback and support for young entrepreneurs.
