Delivering Compassionate Connected Nursing Care Baptist Health Louisville engaged a multidisciplinary team within the Emergency Department to improve care delivery efficiency, focusing on throughput and the care delivery model. This session will provide insight into how the revised care delivery processes resulted in improvement in overall length of stay, diversion hours and patient and employee satisfaction, and enabled the department to efficiently handle increased patient volume.
