Creating a Culture for Sustainable Change
In early 2011, the Sisters of Providence Health System faced a number of significant challenges that included bottom-decile colleague engagement scores and lower-than-desired patient satisfaction levels. This session will address the strategies and practices the system initiated over a two-year period that resulted in significant gains in colleague engagement, as well as improvements in quality and patient satisfaction scores.
