Lisa Plantamura, Ph.D., D.M., HRIP, Assistant Professor, Adult and Professional Programs, Centenary College, spent over 20 years working as a practitioner in HR and IT, as well as a consultant, managing a variety of HRIS projects. She has doctorates in adult education and organizational leadership.
