In the past year, there has been a major shift in HR Technology. Consumer-facing tools that inspire collaboration, employee engagement and mobility are becoming the norm. For many organizations, rolling out a new technology with the intention of creating an agile and connected workplace comes with a host of challenges. Companies now need increased security levels to protect data and intellectual property, monitor misuse, and separate personal and company data from use on mobile devices online forums and smart phone applications. This session will combine best practices, examples of software that has been "consumerized" and a collaborative discussion on the technology being used by attendees.
Lance Haun, Editor, The Starr Conspiracy, was an HR manager, generalist, and recruiter for seven
years before joining Starr Conspiracy, a marketing and advertising agency
focusedon
the enterprise software and services space, in 2013.
