In 2012 NASCO, a fast-growing provider of healthcare IT products and services, recognized the need to implement an integrated talent management system to better align its people processes to its strategic vision. This presentation will outline NASCO's collaborative talent management vendor selection process, including the value of cross-department buy-in and how the system is helping drive efficiencies, accountability and performance. Attendees will learn how NASCO has transitioned its disparate talent management process to a single integrated system that ensures organizational alignment and makes employee development a priority.

Barbara Bell-Dees, VP of Human Resources & People Services, NASCO, is charged with formulating the company's strategy for ongoing integrated talent management. She is focusing on developing NASCO's major competitive differentiator – its people. She has over twenty five years of experience in HR management and administration.

Kim Ziprik, Manager of Organizational Development, Nasco, is responsible for creating the strategy and implementing all processes and programs associated with performance and learning for NASCO's 700 associates.
