Implementing Patient Experience Improvement Strategies
Adventist Health System has achieved rapid improvement in patient experience over the past three years. This change has been driven by a system strategy that emphasizes mission-driven culture and best-practice processes to influence the patient and family experience. These efforts have been supported by meaningful use of data and creative methods of accountability. In this session, the presenters will share this system strategy and how it has been operationalized by Florida Hospital Carrollwood, one of Adventist Health System?s top performers. Adventist Health System is a 2014 Press Ganey Success Story Award winner.
