This session will provide participants with practical methods for handling the personal and organizational conflicts that occur while working with others within companies, associations, departments and teams. Presenter:
Lisa Plantamura, Ph.D., D.M., HRIP, Assistant Professor, Centenary College, spent over 20 years working as a practitioner in both HR and IT, as well as a consultant, for a variety of organizations. She has taught many HRIS seminars, published several articles, and contributed to books on HR systems.
