Ritual and symbol are central to Roman Catholic life. This session will provide models or prayer with symbols and sacramentals (water, gesture, candle, oil, blessings, etc.) and learn the process of leading children, your, or adults into the deeper meaning and significance of the mysteries of our faith revealed in these experiences. Examine how the prayers, rites, and symbols of the Church unfold the theology of the liturgy year and teach us how the liturgy can become the school of prayer for our life of faith.
