Clean agent systems have been in use as halon replacements since the mid-90s, but they remain unknown to or misunderstood by many engineers, AHJs, and building owners. This session will provide an introduction to clean agent systems, emphasizing key system design concepts such as room integrity, methods of extinguishment, and occupant safety.
