By developing effective mentoring programs, seasoned practitioners find new value in the process and model Collaborative values for novice practitioners while offering leadership skills and guidance on best practices. Newer practitioners have the benefit of learning skills in a timely and cost effective way, without having to "reinvent the wheel" on their own.
