Members of the tea industry face unique and challenging regulatory issues. In this session, Kleinfeld, Kaplan, and Becker attorney Dan Dwyer will review some of the key regulatory hurdles industry currently faces as well as recent enforcement activities against tea products. He will also discuss emerging issues for the tea industry, including the status of proposed regulations implementing new requirements under the FDA Food Safety Modernization Act, and opportunities for engagement and cooperation offered by the American Herbal Products Association.
