Driving Clinical & Quality Efficiencies This presentation will show the impact of the prospective sampling feature of the Press Ganey Quality Performer tool on two core measure sets (Immunization and VTE) in the following areas for a large teaching facility: concurrent case review, improved compliance and patient safety.
