Join graduates of the inaugural Leadership Academy as they deliver two 45-minute presentations. One group will speak to ?getting more Clients: how Practice groups Create successful Collaborators.? Attendees will learn what successful Practice Groups do to develop and maintain a high number of Collaborative cases. The second group will dedicate their time to ?Bringing the Conflict in our groups out of the Closet.? Attendees will learn about creating a common language to prevent, diagnose and resolve conflict in Collaborative organizations.
