In 2011, Nemours embarked on a Lean journey, utilizing the manufacturing methodology to build associate engagement and alignment toward their ?True North.? This session will begin with an introduction to Lean management principles, followed by a detailed discussion of implementation, including cascaded performance management (CPM) and daily management system (DMS).
