The Hoag Medical Group has grown substantially since its inception in 2012, and now employs nearly 100 physicians and 400 staff in 13 offices located in a geographically diverse county. In 2018, leaders implemented a strategy to build consistency in the practices, create sustainable strength in delivery of care, invest in staff education, and elevate the performance of the entire system in all aspects of patient experience.
