The history of various root coverage procedures will be reviewed in this course. A variety of techniques for root coverage procedures and a variety of materials for use in root coverage procedures will be presented. The use of soft tissue vs. restorative materials to address gingival recession will be discussed. A variety of cases that illustrate these topics will also be presented.

Dr. White has a dental degree from the University of Florida College of Dentistry and is the Dental Department Director of the Naval Branch Health Clinic in Mayport, Florida.
