We can record audio-only, video of your presenters, capture slides with synchronized audio, or slides with synchronized video of the presenters.

Our professional recording technicians can unobtrusively record the PowerPoint synchronized with the live video of the presenter of your conference sessions in digital format. The recordings are then edited to produce the highest quality product. Our capture system requires NO interaction with presenters or their laptops. We do not require the PowerPoint file from your presenters. We capture everything onsite as it happens. This method allows the session to be captured exactly as presented. This means videos, web demos and fast moving graphics are all captured as presented.

All audio is simultaneously recorded on professional solid state digital recorders for backup purposes. Should any computer system fail, slides can be manually synched in post-production. All presentations whether static or full motion animations, video clips or web demonstrations are accurately captured live as presented.

We can record audio only, or audio format can be provide in addition to sychronized audio and slides or video and slides presentations. MP3 audio files are all tagged with the speaker and conference information.
