MACU is one of the largest Credit Unions in the mountain states, but their older legacy system was stopping them from utilizing the power of their employee data. In 2012, MACU decided to leave the in-house market and use SaaS. This session will address the issues that MACU experienced with their legacy systems, the changes they faced in choosing a new system, evaluation process used to select a new vendor, and the victories and challenges they encountered during their Workday implementation.
