The independent contractor issue has consistently been one of the top concerns facing many in our industry. Confusion and problems can abound as you try to determine who qualifies as an independent contractor as there is no all-encompassing standard definition. This session will provide you with a practical approach to minimize the risk of misclassifying a worker as an independent contractor.
