90 minutes presentation
Transformational Change centers on a shift in your identity such that all aspects of your life are altered and new spaces of possibility emerge. As a transformational shift occurs, your past, present, and future simultaneously adjust to fit your new sense of what is, was, and will be.
In Transformational Change the hidden contexts of your life are brought to consciousness, transcended, and left behind for more enriching options. The key to this kind of radical and lasting change is in the neurological reorganization of identity-environment construct or put more simply a reorganization of “where and what you experience yourself to be.”
This seminar is an inquiry into the nature of what you really are, what Transformational Change is, and how you can use a transformational model to create radical shifts in your life as well as the lives of your clients.
Transformation will be explored using familiar NLP concepts such as: the map is not the territory, strategies, reframing, the 4 tuple, thresholds, anchoring etc. Gestalt Therapy concepts such as: being present, authentic, embodied, declarative. Transformational concepts such as: being at cause or effect, commitment, enrollment, collapsing space, multi-dimensionality and hidden contexts.
The seminar presentation and resulting dialogue with participants will be spontaneous and organized into a process of fun and discovery. Foremost will be a healthy sense of humor around the human condition in which we all have struggles.
