The dental laboratory is usually in a position of supplying prosthetic treatment for its restorative doctor clients without the luxury of meeting the patients. Working on stone models without faces can be very challenging. When the restorative doctor supplies the laboratory with extensive clinical documentation the laboratory has the opportunity to deliver the highest level of satisfaction to the doctor and patient. This course will highlight some areas of interest to the dental technician, as well as how information is communicated to the doctor client.
