Do you really know how much it costs to do the work that you do? First you create estimates to sell jobs and then you must track the costs of the jobs to know if you made a profit. You should be able to compare these on an apples-to-apples basis. This session will also help you determine the cost of your field labor, including an adjustment for labor efficiency, so you can price jobs correctly.
