Faced with stiff competition and a rapidly changing local market, Conway Regional Health System (CRHS) faced an uncertain future in 2015. Focused on the domains of culture, leadership, and structure, this session will address how CRHS created strong and lasting collaborative partnerships with providers and staff to thrive in the face of direct competition. The approach utilized by CRHS to build trust, engage and align physicians and staff, and develop a sustainable model to compete contains elements that every health system can benefit from and employ at the local level.
