In 2016, CHSLI?s leadership made a commitment to become a High Reliability Organization with the goal of zero cases of preventable patient and employee harm. To support the system?s error prevention program, they recruited clinical and nonclinical leaders to participate in CHSLI?s Leadership Rounding Program. Leaders were trained by the Press Ganey/HPI team on how to conduct leader rounding using rounding to influence methods.
