Speaker Bio:

Norb Slowikowski is a Productivity Consultant who has been working in the Construction Industry since 1982. He has  assisted over 180 Contractors in improving productivity and maximizing profitability by focusing on the following activities:

  • Training more that 15,000 Foremen, Superintendents, and Projects Managers in management and leadership skills.
  • Working with Contractor Associations around the country in presenting supervisory skills development courses to their membership.
  • Serving as an Organizational Consultant to construction companies in the U.S.A. and Canada; helping them to reorganize in to maximize productivity at all levels of the company.
  • Empowering people to become proactive instead of reactive.

Norb also helps Contractors implement the following basic productivity improvement tools:

  • A Productivity Improvement Process, a blueprint for improving organizational effectiveness and job site productivity.
  • Recruiting and assessing people who fit the basic "construction profile."
