The session includes proposals and comments discussed and acted on by the technical committee. This document is scheduled to be acted on at this Technical Session. The information will be applicable to everyone having a basic understanding of electrical safety and NFPA 70E.

Dave Dini is a Research Engineer in the Corporate Research Department of Underwriters Laboratories. He has over 35 years of experience at UL, with special research interests including technology for electrical safety in the home and in the workplace. He is a member of an NFPA NEC Code Making Panel, and a principal member of the technical committee for the NFPA 73 Standard for Electrical Inspections for Existing Dwellings. He is also Chairman of the NFPA 70E Technical Committee for Electrical Safety in the Workplace. Dini is a senior member of IEEE, and a registered professional engineer in the state of Illinois.

Paul Dobrowsky has over 30 years of experience in electrical and occupational safety, machinery and equipment standards, electrical construction, maintenance, program and policy development, instructing, and over 15 years enforcing electrical codes and standards. He is a Licensed Master Electrician, IAEI Certified Electrical Inspector, a certified as an OSHA Construction Safety and Health Instructor, and a Senior member of IEEE. Paul is actively involved with many organizations such as ASTM, IAEI, IEEE, NFPA, UL and their standards activities. He is the past Chair of NFPA's Electrical Section, Director of Technology for the Electrical Association of Rochester, a past President of IAEI's Genesee Chapter and an experienced instructor. Paul is a member of NEC CMP5, NFPA 70E, and NFPA 79. He enjoys combining the experience and background information gained in standards committee work with developing and presenting instructing educational programs.
