James McNamara, DDS is a professor of cell and developmental biology in the department of orthodontics and pediatric dentistry at the University of Michigan Medical School. He maintains a private practice in Ann Arbo

Treatment strategies for three specific types of mixed-dentition patients will be reviewed. The cervical vertebral maturation system used for the determination of treatment timing will also be discussed. The presentation will be evidence-based, with many prospective and retrospective clinical studies considered.
