There seems to be many theories of how hypnosis works and why. Many individuals have an idea of how to speak to the inner mind or subconscious as a hypnotist or using self hypnosis. Most use positive thinking or affirmations, but somewhere the communication is often not being reached by the subconscious. Why? There are many versions of how to create a direct link to the inner mind and how hypnosis might aid in the process of this inner communication. Of the many thoughts, which is the best one? In this presentation I will offer a version of what I feel allows hypnosis to alter a behavior and create a permanent change in you or your client.

This doesn’t imply the thoughts presented are accurate for everyone and you might even disagree with some of these thoughts. However, with 42 years experience this month and hypnotizing more people in Chicago than any other hypnotist you might pick up an idea or two of what works for me. Can we really have success each time hypnotizing our client or using self hypnosis? Does a pilot land his plane safely every time? Is it harder to hypnotize yourself or another than landing a plane? Success is an image in your mind.
