This panel discussion will explore the need for a common framework to guide local and state governments and emergency preparedness and emergency response officials in providing mass evacuation of persons that are impacted by a significant event. Attendees will hear the perspective of government and public safety officials, hear lessons learned from recent experiences, and develop an understanding of how a national framework can be created.
