One University, Multiple AHJs: Who's in Control?

Auburn University just brought 7 new buildings online. There are multiple AHJ's (inside the university environment and outside such as the city Fire Chief, Building Commission, etc) in each process and we have developed a good system for working together. This can be tough in a university environment, which has a different "business" model than other types of facilities. Problems can arise from the different university areas such as facilities, housing, faculty, end users, and the other people who might be involved in the process.
