The Fire Protection Research Foundation recently produced a fire safety campaign entitled "Contain IBC Fire Risk" (www.nfpa.org/ibc), which uses a series of multimedia tools to educate stakeholders about the fire risks involved with storage of combustible liquids in Composite IBCs. This presentation will provide an overview of the Foundation's education program, and further explore methods used by Loss Control professionals to evaluate and control the risk of current facilities that use and store liquids in Composite IBCs.
