Generation Y, comprised of 14-34 year olds, is the largest generation since the Baby Boomers. Their favorite pastime, besides updating their online status, check-ins or creating content, is video games. Find out from gaming industry veteran Ryan Schneider – who grew up at his family's automotive repair shop – what it takes to reach, engage, convert and retain this savvy but fickle customer base. Ryan will discuss trends in the video games industry, how his development studio has adjusted accordingly, and what shop owners can learn to earn the high score in Gen Y customer satisfaction
