This course will help Estimators /Repair Planners who source parts by type and price during the damage analysis process. The course aims to refine their skills for this expanded role. After a brief overview of blueprinting to ensure 100% accuracy, the focus will turn to submitting the P-page estimate to various sources and then discuss how to reduce cycle time and optimize the gross profits earned. We will discuss ways to prevent missing parts or reducing the ordering wrong parts or missing complementary parts. We also will discuss processes to eliminate part price increase supplements. We will then discuss some parts receiving and tracking tools to further reduce parts related delays.
