Louie has over 20 years experience in the automotive service industry. He has worked for a major tool and training company as well as owned his own shop. Louie is an ASE Certified Master Automotive Technician with L1. He specializes in drivability and emissions diagnosis with special interest in transient emissions repair. Louie has been with CTI since 1999 and currently teaches for CTI in Illinois, Wisconsin and Missouri.
