This is a course which enables an attendee to either move to or refine their implementation of a specialized role of Repair Planner, to support the current CSR / Estimator model in the office. The CSR / Estimator team can be customer-focused and get an accurate view of the painted parts. The Repair Planner / Parts Coordinator get a 100% repair plan and order all the parts and verify part prices prior to submitting the locked final repair plan. We will discuss the roles and the changed processes to achieve the goal of less supplements and quicker cycle time. Finally, we will discuss incentive options to keep these teams working together to ensure optimal profitability and CSI.
