The Infinity Loop: When the Process Becomes the Conflict

When a team conflict about how to proceed in the process begins to feel unsolvable, a team can get caught in an "Infinity Loop". Clients and/or the professionals see two polar opposite solutions, and compromise seems impossible. The team and the process "loops" repeatedly without forward progress. We will explore how Infinity Loops are created and ways to escape them.
