Hilary Linton, LLB, LLM; Mary Pence, JD and Lisa Alexander, LLB
Duration: 90 min
Format: MP3 download

For clients experiencing family violence, safety often depends on secrecy. In the Collaborative process, good process depends on good information. How can Collaborative professionals help family violence victims and perpetrators maintain safety AND good process? What sort of information can and cannot be shared in a Collaborative process? How can Collaborative professionals learn to work together under safety constraints? This workshop is designed to further the discussion about how to assist families experiencing violence to get through separation and divorce as safely as possible with a voluntary and "fair" outcome.
