This course will present some of the challenges faced in providing fall protection for roofing workers under the federal OSHA rules and some select state plan provisions. It will also offer some solutions for fall exposures; rescue from falls in PFAs will also be discussed as part of pre-planned fall protection training. Finally, competent person training will be discussed to answer what exactly it means, who can do the training and what topics need to be covered.
