Join us for a workshop where you will learn how you can improve in reading old records, what records you may not know about and giving back by indexing. The course is taught by Anna Fechter who has managed the World Archives Project for the past 8 years. Through this experience, and her love of historical records, she has gained a vast knowledge of the types of records that can be used for genealogical purposes, and the differing styles of handwriting you may encounter and she wants to share that with you! We will also walk through how you can give back by indexing for the World Memory Project - a partnership between Ancestry.com and the World Archives Project.
