Format: Download Slides with Synchronized Audio - MP4 Video File $9

Presenter: Kenneth Bravo

This program demonstrates, by mostly using the Internet, how to discover relatives that you did not know existed and how to track them down. Starting with only the facts that my grandfather had a brother who had married my grandmother's sister, that neither of them had left Russia, and that no one knew anything except that the family had perished during WWII. Finding newly posted information on Yad Vashem led to various records written in Russian, Google searches looking for family in St. Petersburg, Russia, and ultimately locating surviving family and then tracking down additional family members in the United States and Israel.
